Wealth Lyceum, we are committed to providing high-quality investment education. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to ensure a fair process for our students. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. 30-Day Partial Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied with the course or your circumstances change, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the total purchase price, provided the request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Administrative Fee: The remaining 30% is retained by Wealth Lyceum to cover administrative costs, banking transaction fees, and platform access fees incurred during your enrollment.
- Access: Once a refund is processed, your access to the online course materials, Telegram groups, and mentorship sessions will be immediately revoked.
2. No Refunds After 30 Days
To maintain the integrity of our digital content and mentorship services, no refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. By this time, students have typically accessed a significant portion of our proprietary strategies and resources.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@wealthlyceum.com.
- Include your Full Name, Order Number, and the Date of Purchase.
- Briefly state your reason for the refund (this helps us improve our services).
4. Processing Time
Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Wealth Lyceum reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented technical failures on our end that prevent a student from accessing the course content.
